OK. I could be wrong, but here's how I see it. Bush knows about the Able Danger controversy. He has the power to find out what is happening in the Defense Department, if he wants to.

Think about it. Its 9/11. It's the foundation for the Afghan war, the Iraq war, the war on terror, Bush's presidency, in essence. Our nation at this point in time. The world.
So what is it. He's not interested in what happened?

BUT, you seem to have this NEED to find SOME way to make sure that Bush gets that 1% of blame you say he deserves...

Isn't it conceivable that he DIDN'T know what this was about until WE all did...and is waiting to get all of the information, instead of pointing fingers and placing blame without proof?

Yes, you're right about the import of such information BUT it wouldn't change the necessity for the any of the actions taken. Maybe 9-11 could have been avoided. Maybe just postponed.
Politics has invaded every aspect of life in this country. Instead of waiting to slaughter anyone who's made a mistake or is trying to TELL of a mistake, they should be thanked and enlisted into solving the problem. We fight over GARBAGE and the enemy is inside the gate.
