I think there is a law about buying papers and how the editorial staff cannot be tampered with. but I don't buy it.
to bad the NY Post is such and insipid paper. We need all the papers we can wrest from the MSM.

pardon the pun but that's "news" to me...
newspapers have always had some editorial slant whether left or right...
and if the owner wants the paper to have a particular "slant" who's to stop them...

to bad the NY Post is such and insipid paper. We need all the papers we can wrest from the MSM.True enough - it's an awful paper.
But then again, while we might like his politics, Murdoch's journalistic standards aren't exactly impressive. He's the king of quick-buck tabloid journalism, selling gossip and trash. He loves the American Dollar more than any philosophy - just ask any culture warrior how they feel about Fox's overall programming.
