The mug shot is the whole point to this exercise. You can be fairly sure that once the mug shot is released to the press Earle's case will be dropped or tossed. The objective will have been achieved.

Yes, moveon.org is often wrongly described as merely 'liberal' but in fact is run by some truly far-left loons. Any judge seeing fit to donate to them should (but won't) be viewed as a dangerous moron unsuited for the bench and certainly too biased to be handling this case.

DeLay's Attorney, Dick DeGuerin is very aware of this situation re: Judge Perkins & his Dem donations. Why because DeGuerin is a "yellow dog" Texas Democrat also, good friends with the Chairman of the Texas Democratic Party, Charles Soechting, and over the years Dick has contributed $15,800 to Democrat candidates. Doesn't mean squat in Texas, if you understand Texas political history.

Secondly, if this case goes to trial, it's already a done deal that DeGuerin will file for a change of venue, just like he did in the Kay Bailey Hutchison case.

Perkin's $200 Moveon.org donations is good for slant GOP "hit" media, because the George Soros Mob is behind Earle & this DeLay indictments, but that about all.

So, you think you can find any donations at all from Dick DeGuerin to Moveon.org? Being a Texas Democrat is completely different than being part of the lefty, moveon.org, fanatic wing of the party.

PERKINS, ROBERT AUSTIN,TX 78704 STATE OF TEXAS/JUDGE 9/11/2004 $200 Moveon.org

The choice of this date had to be intentional, because this was a Saturday!

This fool needs to recuse himself now.

What in the devil is going on down there in Texas? I thought you'all cleaned the place up.

Travis County (Austin) is a liberal cesspool. Always has been thanks to the University of Texas and always will be.

I'd be demanding a change in venue. This judge is a leftist in the extreme.

DeLay needs to go public 100% with this. Run ads all over TX as well.
