"Did you send this sizzling tidbit to Drudge?"

Drudge gets a lot of meat for his web site from FR. I'm sure this thread (so long as it remains in 'breaking news') will catch his attention.

Now this tidbit, with the 9/11 add-in, could make a person take up arms, and tar and feather the skunk. Where is the honor? This makes my blood boil.

Change of venue is a good idea. I don't see the indictment getting quashed with a partisan judge.

So much for our chances for a quick dismissal.

Ouch! When you realize what moveon.org stands for, it's rather suspect that this guy has the mental acuity to be a judge.

You or I wouldn't be indicted on such trumped up charges. I think DeLay's political prosecution ought to be stopped, yes. I think his mug shot, if able to be legally stopped, ought to be legally stopped.

Perkins is also a failed statewide judicial candidate. He lost a race for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals in 1996.

I'm sure ABC, CBS, NBC, PMSNBC, CNN, the NY Slimes, the Washington comPost and the L.A. Slimes will be eager to put this on their front page. < \another dimension>

Members of the Media, Do Not Panic, Your Show Prep Will Continue In Just A Moment!

Do you ever find yourself reading a thread and listening to a talk show and suddenly they're talking about the same thing and somehow you just know they came across the same thread and have picked up on it?

Send it to AP too, they seem to have missed it. They're too busy covering Rove's garage. < sarcasm ON bigtime >

$1775.00 in three month time period. That's being cheap.

to #14 "Did the prosecutor also go judge shopping?"
Don't know, but when did they file for this case.

I wonder if MoveOn has any "Get Delay" propoganda, or missions that could force this maggot to recuse himself from the case.......Hey!!! I found a biggie!!!!!

MoveOn.org Current Campaigns: Fire Tom DeLay

(found at: http://moveon.org/campaigns.html)

House Republican Majority Leader Rep. Tom DeLay has a pattern of repeated legal and ethical scandals. Yet he remains in one of the most important positions in our government—deciding what legislation Congress considers. In response, MoveOn members: Have been running ads against seven members of Congress who come from vulnerable districts and fundraise with DeLay’s help » Topped out the “Fire Tom DeLay” petition at more than 480,334 signers » Organized 195 events, attended by thousands, to deliver these signatures to Republican members of Congress and others.

This is a big deal! Delay has to find out about this!
