OPINION: I thought the election turnout was incredible and the people who turned out to vote were incredibly brave to get out and vote despite the threats.
I am concerned though about the Christians and Jews in Iraq.
When the new constitution in Iraq is firmly in place; how will it affect the Christians and Jews in Iraq?
Time will tell.

Yep. Despite the Islamic clause, the new constitution is actually the most liberal in the Arab World in terms of its human rights guarantees and provisions for a freely elected representative federal government with a division of separate and limited powers. As usual, the MSM is missing the forest for the trees. They can't see this as a watershed development. I call that an example of Western blinkered provincialism run amok.
