We'll have to get some intelligence into our universities and colleges first. I long for the day the socialist and commie professors actually have to get a real job.....roofing tear off and shingling come to mind, hope they speak Spanish.
Just maybe at least some Sunnis voted "yes" ?
Wow, what fantastic photos! Thanks for those.
Geez, I thought my newspaper was bad. That sounds like they out-left the Marxist Times.
There are people who think the divided nature of Iraq is a good thing. It will limit the desire to give the federal government a lot of popwer.
Where are the pictures of the purple thumbs.
Notice the elections in Afganistand and Iraq got almost no coverage.
The MSM has decided the American people don't need to see this.
Gave Bush too much credit last time.
"My mother insisted to go because she considered that as a religious duty, but not me. She said she cannot disobey al-Sistani. Why should I care? Nothing has changed since we have elected this government, no security, no electricity, no water," said Saad Ibrahim, a Shiite resident of Baghdad's Karrada district.

Problems of socialism. These need to be privatised and returned to the people so they are free of political control.
Be Ever Vigilant!
Some Sunni's, most notably Mohammed and Omar from the IraqTheModel Blog, voted Yes on the constitution ...
Nobody wants it but they all voted yes.
The AP, what a bunch of rubes.
What a piece of AP liberal spin. The headline says "heavy Sunni Arab opposition," yet the vote tally in one of those Sunni provinces is about 4-to-1 in favor! Evidence continues to be the bane of the left.
This election is great news even if our media doesn't cover it. We are winning. We have hit every single deadline.
If Iraq does indeed have a constitution, we have done what many thought was impossible.
Looking at those photos of happy and free Iraqis pumps me up. What a great day to be an American.
Yep. Obviously we were mistaken that there is such a thing as a "good Muslim". Happens.
How wild is it that Nineveh is in the news again, when we've just read Yonah?
I think the AP had the same thoughts about the last couple of Presidential elections. "Bush wins despite strong opposition from Blue states."
WOW
Thanks for sharing that pic.
It is the most powerful work of art ive ever seen.
If I remember correctly..the Iraqi artist who made it was also one who was forced to constantly make Saddam statues under his regime. He definately got the last word.
I am amazed at the power such a very, very small group of elites have...the MSM. In light of this, it is even MORE amazing that the Constitution is getting a yes and we are doing as well as we are in Iraq!
B-bone, here is the full story on that statue if you want to read it, its very interesting:
