Even Islamoterrorists are allowed to peaceably protest. They are protected by the first amendment because your idea of a "bad" group of people may not be the same as someone else's idea of a "bad" group.

Serial killers can protest.
Abortionists can protest.
Funeral directors can protest.

Atheists can protest.
Nudists can protest.

Anyone can assemble to protest: They just have to follow the rules on their permit.

No one may riot, loot or vandalize no matter how angry they are.

I guess we should change that to : Anyone can protest as long as the militant Black groups and street thugs don't threaten to riot. This tactic seems to be workin for them. Sick. Disgusting.
