Nah, Bush isn't on his own.
We're still with him, we just disagree on some issues. (Like this SC pick...) We're like Irish brothers - we fight among ourselves, but watch out if you take one of us on -- ' cause we're united against the common foe. Liberals would be mistaken if they think there's comfort in our fight...
The answer can be summed up in one word... BALLS or more properly the lack of them.
"Explain to me why we have the RINOS in the Senate that we do"
why dont you ask george bush who supported specter over toomey out of "tradition" (nevermind there's a conservative agenda to promote, and specter has proven himself to be a thorn in our side over and over). what about bush supporting Chaffee over a more conservative challenger for the 2006 RI senate race?
I was looking at a poll, but it didn't ask the question "How many of you Republicans have renounced your party loyalty and now want to vote for irrelevant third parties or for Nancy Pelosi's party?"
Thanx, one-time dweller of Clifton.
From another one-time dweller of Clifton.
Yep. It's going to be hard to vote Republican in the next election. I feel like I've been duped.
Political labels are like plate tectonics. Stay in one place long enough and you will get a free ride.
--on an entirely different topic, didn't see a single tractor burning ethanol harvesting corn to make ethanol---
He did not mean the city government, by the way; he meant the culture and the climate.
I also don't know if by "we" he meant Republicans or if he meant conservatives, but either way, he was and is right.
Just the way the liberal scumbags and our enemies want it. Like you.
I doubt you've ever voted Republican. How can the duper be duped?
I've voting Republican since I first registered to vote. Right now I have a Ronald Reagan calendar on my wall with a picture of him sitting in the oval office. Next month has a picture of him standing next to Gorbechev and a quote from his "tear down this wall" speech. I have a shelf full of books that includes Hernando DeSoto's "The Other Path" and Hayek's "The Fatal Conceit". Thomas Sowell's books are not there. I lent them out to my brother-in-law.
So you can stuff your doubts where the sun doesn't shine. No wait. Let me thank you. You've revealed to me just what the next generation Republicans are all about. That makes my decision easier. Looks like I get to stay home and relax on election day. It will give me time to reflect on how much time I've wasted supporting the Republican party.
RINOs aren't only in the Senate. The two (R) Reps. from NH are both mealy-mouthed weasels. One of them even shares my last name. I've had people ask me if I'm related to him. I tell them "no, and if I was I wouldn't be too proud of it."
Besides, he's a flatlander from away. Has no idea what the real New Hampshire is.
First, I don't believe you. Second, I think, and encourage, all stupid voters should stay home.
You should follow your own advice then.
I vote by mail, myself.
A hundred years ago I would be considered a classic liberal, which was a good thing.
Listen, fellas, let's not be forming a circular firing squad here. Save your ammunition for the REAL enemies of the republic.
Ah, so you are following your own advice. Good for you.
