Which reminds me, I need to pick up some pancake mix at Safeway.

Are there other kinds of rabbis, I wonder, besides Jewish ones? Liberal fatty would have been much more accurate.

Maybe they consider Jesus Christ a Christian Rabbi? The MSM are stupid like that.

Hmm, then we should really bring back the state-sponsored sanitariums. It would get rid of these crazies along with the "homeless". Hit two birds with one stone.

"Actually, it might be fun to watch the libs try to fight Islam with their wimpy, lefty psychobabble techniques."

You need to pay closer attention. The Islamists are using the techniques of the left NOW.

My last job was in one but you have to be a criminal in most cases to gain admittance.

The only "Religious Left" worship at the altar of the ACLU. Actually "Religious Left" is an oxymoron.

Per Lynn Woolsey I missed the part in The Sermon On The Mount about RAISING taxes or any mention of taxes period. I also missed the part about kicking people off their property to put in huge developments. Forced busing for integration...bilingualism...I missed those ones as well as many other liberal social disasters of the last forty years.

Ditto. We have empirical proof that overuse of any mindaltering drug will adversely affect it (the mind). Liberals admit to using a lot more of those kinds of drugs than conservatives. What conclusions can we draw from that? (heh, heh)

Defrocked Catholic priest Matthew Fox, now an Episcopalian, blamed war and economic injustice on "those who want to worship a dominating punitive Father God which includes the put down of women, nature, [and] gays." In soothing contrast, Fox offered a unisex, pantheistic "mother/father God who is embedded in nature, creativity, our bodies and all our art forms." Fox lambasted the Pope for defeating liberation theology and faulted Protestants for succumbing to a "kooky Christianity" of "domination and not of justice."

The UMC church I grew up in was gaga over Matthew Fox and his book The Coming of the Cosmic Christ. Fox would be an expert on "kooky Christianity", having invented a new form of it himself.

Good point. The left thinks that only their approach is compassionate and just. Make them prove that all the destruction they've brought to the family reflects the values in the Sermon on the Mount.

Yeah seriously. There are a couple of features of Leftists that make them inherently unsustainable as a group:

1. abortion (kill their own)
2. on a similar note, smaller family sizes (many liberals prefer materials goods/a fancy lifestyle to the sacrifice of more kids)
3. drug use (makes them stupid) (and possibly infertile?)
4. supporting the gay agenda (I don't have any problem with gays, but forcing that lifestyles on others who are not inherently gay reduces the population further)
5. pro-death (if your life isn't currently worth living, kill yourself)
etc.

It seems all conservatives have to do is wait a generation of two and the leftists will just become extinct by themselves.

Maybe that's why they care so much about the Endangered Species Act. If they can get us to care about the lowly cockroach going extinct, then maybe they can generate some sympathy for their group...

Wish it were that simple. Give it three generations, at least.

Have you read the interview/discussion between these losers?

http://www.tikkun.org/magazine/tik0511/lernerandwallis

Notice the banner prominently displaye for Brokeback Mountain on the top and sides of this 'Jewish' site! Certainly not orthodox Jewish.

First question Wallis is asked: "do you take the Bible literally" - never answered. He just says the religious right don't. But he wants them to take it more 'seriously.'

Ha.

Then on the second page, he comes within a breath of suggesting that the Word isn't inspired. I guess that answers the first question.
