Can't post story due to copyright restrictions, but here's a link:

posted a vanity about this site a while back. It was call nowthatsf***edup.com. The Pentagon should have cracked down on this guy, not the yokels. Porn-wise, it wasn't anything you couldn't find on a thousand other sites coming out of Florida and everywhere else, but it did have alot of amateur sex pics submitted by military personel. The sordid novelty twist (free access was traded for field snaps of dead terrorists) had Andrew Sullivan pitching a fit last month. The obscenity charge is a joke, but I suppose they were eager to nail the dude on something. This could turn into an interesting free speech case.

Sullivan can't say squat, considering how he's aligned himself with one of the biggest Perverts on the planet (Dan Savage).

So, what was he charged with? showing pics of dead terrorists, or for publishing pornographic material?

The porn one would be legit if the person didn't follow porn rules.

I remember your original post, and remember thinking "How long is it going to be before that dude got arrested?" It couldn't have been more than 3 weeks, yes?
