... i think CNN Is biased... but we all know this.

only reason they are showing people supporting the troops is because of the high casualty rate.

thats the only thing CNN wanted to put across in this story ... perpetual quack mire promotion, keeps cnn producers employed

my opinion

Much better to let them slink back to their homes without any recognition for their sacrifice at all?

That may be true. But at least they are showing lots of people support the troops. If only people would do more for these heroes.

We had quite a day here in Columbus yesterday too. People came out and lined the whole 13 mile route from the airport to the Rickenbacker base. It was awesome!

From WCMH TV4= COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Thousands of people lined Columbus streets Friday and welcomed home 140 Marines from Lima Company, part of a battalion in Iraq that lost 148 reservists. WCMH TV4

Check it out! There are all kinds of pictures. 92 pictures taken from TV4 (some not so good because of rain conditions) and 87 sent in from people in the crowds.

Just look for and click on where it says Slideshow: Columbus Arival and then about half way down the page click on Viewers Images.

Enjoy!
