Tis so. And things like the WTO vote bear it up. We all know what the process is for defining a new branch of government that would constitutionally over-rule or place a check upon an existing branch - it requires ammending the constitution. But, Both republicans and Dems involved themselves in trying to back door that process in making the Supreme Court of the US answerable to the WTO and with no appeal to WTO ruling. The WTO was not a democrat plot anymore than countless other examples that abound. So, it is factually correct. It isn't evil that you don't like as a party, it's the other guy's brand of it that get's you out of joint. Your own brand you think should be quite tolerated and allowed to do as it will. And neither of you have understood the basic constitutional tenet that your rights ends where the rights of another begin. You'll trample the next guy for a dollar just as fast as the dems will; but, because you pontificate on different concepts than them, we're supposed to see them as evil and you as "enlightened". Where were the enlightened while a judge was being intellectually and verbally martyred over the ten commandments. Where were the "enlightened" on any number of counts.
