Democrat Senator Ken Salazar kept wearing the cowboy hat when he campaigned against Pete Coors. They use it for "Plain Folk" appeal. It's just a costume to them.
Only do the reimbursement if Mexico is paying the bill. I would bill them for every citizen they allow across the borders. When they don't pay up, we start moving the border further south until there is no Mexico left.
