Tony's guests and topics on today's show include:

The Key Voices
We've been hearing all week about conservative support and doubts regarding Supreme Court nominee Harriet Miers. But what do the conservative Senators on the Judiciary Committee think? We'll talk with Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Sam Brownback (R-KS).

Boomer Sooner
The Has-Been Media has not dealt with the Oklahoma University student who blew himself up near the football stadium. Could he have been a suicide bomber? Tony investigates.

Kettle? This is Pot. You're Black.
Bill Clinton insists that "the odds are not great of us prevailing" in Iraq. Tony wonders how the man who ran away from terrorists is qualified to make such an assessment.

And there's more!

Here's the deal: For those fans who would like to ask for a photo-- please send an email request to Tony at tonysnow@foxnews.com (please note in the subject line of the email "For Tony")  and provide your home mailing (not email) address. Tony will send you a real, actual, signed photo -- not stuff that people have to download. Please pass it on.

By the way, if you miss anything, the show is streamed again immediately after the three hours. Please feel free to add thread narrative about what is aired on the show as a group effort is helpful to get more of the content posted and is much appreciated by those reading the thread later.

If you’d like on or off the Tony Snow Show ping list, please post a request.
All requests happily honored.

"Woof" is used in broadcasting to say "stop," "that's enough" or to mark a specific point in time
-- which is what is done in this case. "Tony's show starts in 3 minutes: WOOF!" Means in 3 minutes from-- NOW!

Has Tony ever followed up on that story (NO Phantom cops)?

The Thread is very lively today and the Show must be too.

Sounds like it was!! But, with almost 600 posts, I'll never be able to catch up, so guess I won't try (at work). Any really big highlights?

I'd like to seem them get rid of taxpayers money going to the ACLU, NPR, and PBS.

Yes, and add in the National Endowment for the Arts. After that, abolish the Dept. of Education.

If we got rid of the Dept of Education, I have feeling that would solve our deficit right there..

I'm sorry, Pres. Boren, but a little judging is just what we need to be doing. We're bending over backwards and some idiot with a bomb nearly got into a stadium with 80,000 people. Thank God he was stupid too!

Thanks! I'd told several people about it, and when no one else in the HBM mentioned it I got razzed a bit. But, I told them I have faith in you, and I was willing to bet there would be more to come. If not, who cares what my credibility is with Libs, right?? LOL

You can get a two for one with the ACLU and Dept of Ed in my book. And the NEA can go with them.

As of last night and the AM, I noticed the MSM at Penn interviewing (as I said earlier), people who said they don't see any cops or NG and their bags weren't being checked. I called my friend at ABC and he said they were going over... I knew there would be more spin. There are always cops and NG present (some with dogs), yet I admit I have never been searched (I usually don't carry anything but a book or two and my daughter's clear school backpack.
I called Bloomberg's office and told them it was being spun and if he doesn't have it locked down... he should get on it. Penn is huge and they could take out NJ Transit, LIRR, and a lot of train lines at rush hour (thousands of people). I doubt it was because of my call... but it needs to be done regardless... safety first.
