Since I believe that these terrorists have a simple number code, my best guess would be 10th month, 11th day, 9 AM. (Hmmm, all the same numbers in 9-11-01.)

Remember that all the aliases of these terrorists is normally a manipulation of the letters in the name.

9-11 and the mailing dates on the anthrax letters were all on a Tuesday and the 11th is a Tuesday.

I hear about this on FNC at the bottom of the hour and tune in to NBC's nightly news real quick to see what they say...only to have NBC's news lead off with Karl Rove. There's a terrorist alert for the NYC's subways and NBC leads off with Karl Rove, what may be an "ominous" development for the WH.
