I think they are available by computer.
These files may also not be all that secret.
On the other hand, according to Chris Matthews at Hardball's opening- to be discussed soon- Franklin was "spying for Israel".
BUT
"Lawrence A. Franklin, 58, said in court that he was frustrated with government policy and that he had hoped the two members of American Israel Public Affairs Committee could influence policy with their connections at the National Security Council."

So far, all I've seen said this guy worked at Ft. Monmouth. I am not getting the White House connection, but maybe I missed it.
Strange. Thank you for the information.
"Begin in a friendly way" = Dale Carnegie
Sadly, Bush has long taken the Dale Carnegie stuff a bit too seriously. As a result, he's too nice for his own good.
Remember the secret service guy who caused a stir on an airplane because he wanted to bring his gun on the plane. He also had muslim literature on his person.
Marion Barry didn't file taxes for seven years and he is getting a sweet deal with a plea bargin. It sure helps to be a democrat or a minority.
WRONG ... He NEVER did. What he said, and continues to say, is the same basic statement he made yesterday in the rose garden .....
I'll take all the responsibility for the failures at the federal level.
Excellent memory, great catch! I wouldn't be surprised if this were all related. You sir are on your game.
.....Assignment to the White House between 1999 and 2002 as "administration chief" of the security detail assigned to Vice President Cheney......
THAT is scary.
Wasn't the Clinton-to-China military deal a security breach? Oh, never mind...the MSM doesn't give a dump.
Michael Ray Aquino, who skipped the country at the height of the Kuratong Baleleng rubout scandal, was arrested in the US for espionage along with Leandro Aragoncillo, a Federal Bureau of Intelligence analyst and a naturalized US citizen.
According to the FBI, Aragoncillo downloaded 101 files at the Fort Monmouth Army base in New Jersey and sent them to Aquino who, in turn, transmitted the information back to Manila to the three national-level public officials.
Senator Ping Lacson has admitted receiving information from Aquino but insists that they were not classified material but common information that can be read in newspapers.

I did not know that.
WABC radio reporting that the marine was first assigned to Al Gore in 1999 and then to Vice President Cheney.
Et tu, Cebu?
Or is it... Cebu, part deux?
That was with the Clinton administration. Sandy did nothing wrong....according to the MSM.
I have to wonder if he found a second buyer of sensitive, White House information while working for Cheney. First to the Phillipino coup plotters and then to the U.S. democratic party.
