Did anyone catch Imus in the Morning this Rosh Hashannah morning? One of his regulars said, "What's with you stupid bastards? Don't you know that New Years is two and a half months away?"
I am so fed up with the double-standard about "hate speech" in this country. And, of course, Imus was bashing Bennett just the other day.
Imus didn't call observant Jews "stupid bastards" himself, of course. He has people to say these kinds of things for him. For some reason, this means that the likes of John McCain can go on his show and yuk it up with the I-Man. There is no transcript of "Imus in the Morning", but if anyone else heard this please do as I did and let MSNBC know that anti-semititic speech is hate speech, too. Don Imus is a total loser - his ratings are horrible. He'll be dead in a few years anyway. Who cares.
Just think if you stop listening to him, he will only have 7 listeners left.

You should have your title changed if Imus didnt say it himself, its very misleading.

If a reporter on "The Evening News with Tom Brokaw" said something you didn't like and found offensive and hateful would you run to FR and post "Tom Brokaw said..." when infact he didn't say it?
The title of your post is defamatory and slanderous.
Imus did not say what your title indicates he said.
I hope the moderators clean this up, and you should be much more careful with your destructive accusations in future.
Before he was on TV he used to use voices to say stuff like this so he could get away with it.
I think now he pays guys to say it for him.

I consider them dumb bastards for not wiping the entire PA from the planet and saving themselves a heap of trouble. A well placed tactical nukes on the holy sites will keep the middle east in line a bit.
