I LOVE LEVIN, BUT I HAVE TO SAY THIS.

The last time Conservatives acted this irrational we got Bill Clinton.

I wanted a fight with the Democrats, but I will take a wait and see approach on this.

The people making the Souter argument are ignorant. Bush 41 couldn't pick David Souter out of a police lineup. Bush 43 has known Miers for 20 years and worked with her for 10 years.

I think if conservatives continue to act like irrational liberals, we will end up with one of two very bad things, a Democratic controlled House in 2007 that impeaches Bush for no good reason, or President Hillary Clinton in 2008.

I have faith in President Bush and I see the big picture. I see what irrational disunity will get us.

Some conservatives are going back to their bad habits of being irrational mental patients. I prefer to wait and see. I think we owe Bush that much.

I have not made a decision yet on Miers.

I am weighing all factors.

I still have noticed that liberals are taking advantage of our disunity and using it as a means for propaganda.

They are now spewing talking points on talk shows and web sites that lump in the Iraq war and this pick with spending and immigration in order to say they are abandoning Bush.

This is the price of irrationality.

I don't think many would fall for the 3rd party mistake of a Perot wannabe...probably put up by the DUmocrats...unless the GOP puts another weak candidate like Dole (I liked the guy, but will never vote for a career senator for President regardless of party).

You know, it still gripes me that the HBM NEVER mentions that Clinton's victories were only due to Perot! We hear all the crap about Florida and Al Gore winning, and they even mention the people voting for Buchanan when they meant to vote for Gore, but NO ONE talks about Clinton's victory being bogus since he only won because of the Republican votes that went to Perot. The media cried all over the place when they were afraid Nader might cut into Gore or Dole's votes, but it's like Perot never existed. Ancient history but it still burns me!
