(Part 1)FR EXCLUSIVE: Breaking -- Major Newspaper Doing Blockbuster Story on Peter Paul and Hillary

Oct. 3, 2005
Doug from Upland
Reporting from Upland, CA

FReepers, we have this report exclusively for you first here on FreeRepublic, the political website of record. A major newspaper, the identity of which will be released later this week, will publish a blockbuster story on Sunday discussing donor Peter Paul and the beneficiary of his $1.9 million campaign contribution in 2000, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

We do not know yet the path the story will take, but in 8,000 words, Hillary is not going to be very happy. Hillary, Bill, and their powerful cadre of spinners and coverup artists have been unable to stop the story.

As Tom DeLay faced his second indictment today, the questions continue to be asked by Paul. Why has Hillary Clinton been allowed to file three false FEC reports? Why has no one attempted to bring her to justice? Why has the biggest campaign fraud on record not been above the fold on page one in major newspapers? Why has it not lead nightly news stories?

It is more than just Hillary who is involved. Bill Clinton, Ed Rendell and Terry McAuliffe are up to their eyeballs in this scandal. David Rosen, a low level functionary in Hillary's campaign, was up to his eyeballs, but a Los Angeles jury decided he was not the one to punish. Hillary 2000 Campaign treasurer Andrew Grossman, who signed all three of the fraudulent FEC reports, is up to his eyeballs in the scandal. Amazingly, Grossman has so far escaped indictment.

In 2001, prior to the due date of the final amended FEC report, attorney David Kendall was served on behalf of Hillary in Paul's unprecedented and historic civil suit against a former president and sitting senator for fraud and conspiracy. His client was provided with cancelled checks and invoices, along with a demand to declare the campaign contributions or return the money. For five years the massive coverup has continued. The civil case, after review by the California Supreme Court, is headed for a Los Angeles superior court early in 2006 where Hillary, Bill, and several others will be under oath. Many of the Hollywood elite who attended the gala fundraising concert in 2000 are on the witness list. It will be a civil trial to remember and may be the only thing standing in the way of Hillary becoming commander in chief.

The case against Tom DeLay may be esoteric and, although it may have pushed the envelope, may not have been criminal conduct. What Hillary did is clearly criminal, it is easy to understand, and it was done in broad daylight.

Where is New York's own Ronnie Earle? Where is a prosecutor with the guts to go after those who committed the mother of all campaign finance scandals?

SPECIAL NOTE: It is expected that the hard-hitting documentary INDICTING HILLARY will be released during the campaign of 2006. INDICTING HILLARY chronicles her massive campaign finance fraud, her continuing failure to obey the law, her refusal to amend three fraudulent reports, and the aiding and abetting of her criminal conduct by a former president, William Jefferson Clinton, a current governor/former DNC chairman, Ed Rendell, and the immediate past DNC chairman, Terry McAuliffe. Hillary, you'd better put some ice on that.

Yes, that is the only other paper I could conceive doing this type of investigative piece on the infamous couple. But I would base this solely on just a few published articles of late that surprised me.

Sometimes it seems that when circulation or viewership is down, the lamestreams attempt to cover the truth and/or "both sides" a bit better.

Ed Rendell? Really?! I'd love to see him in handcuffs!

It is true and the reason it wasn't exposed was because the judge threw out Hillary's role in the case.

The MSM failed to mention that the judge was a Clinton appointee.

Could it be that this is the reason the Delay indictment was pushed so hard by the Demoncrat of TX?

Exactly!

There should be a Pulitzer Prize at stake for the journalist who fully unravels the Clinton fundraising frauds, .....

.......even if posthumously ;-)

The indictment by delay was pushed by Ronnie Earle for a long time. Earle probably didn't even know what Hillary had done. I don't think the two are connected, but it is not totally out of the question.

DeLay's indictment may make this case more difficult for Hillary to explain it away and sweep it away. $1.9 million is not chump change, a demand was made of her in the original filing of the lawsuit, there are documents, and there are witnesses.

David Rosen was probably acquitted because it was not his responsibility to file the FEC reports ---- it was Andrew Grossman's. If the candidate knows false reports are being filed, it is the candidate's responsibility to fix the problem. Hillary knew. She did not fix it. She allowed the fraud to continue.

She is not toast. In fact, she is the favorite to be the next president. Keep in mind that a genuine traitor to this nation came within a 60-vote swing in Ohio of becoming president. Hillary will get massive numbers of votes from felons, illegal aliens, young college women who have never voted, and absentee ballots of those in care facilities and mental facilities.

I hope this story and INDICTING HILLARY can damage her enough that it gives hope to other RAT candidates and they use the info to go after her.

She has the ability to bribe, blackmail, and cause an unfortunate accident for any candidate who gets in her way.

What Newt and the Bushes have done relative to both Clintons is sickening.

Why wouldn't "The Beast" just return the $1.9m and be done with it?
