(Part 1)FR EXCLUSIVE: Breaking -- Major Newspaper Doing Blockbuster Story on Peter Paul and Hillary

Oct. 3, 2005
Doug from Upland
Reporting from Upland, CA

FReepers, we have this report exclusively for you first here on FreeRepublic, the political website of record. A major newspaper, the identity of which will be released later this week, will publish a blockbuster story on Sunday discussing donor Peter Paul and the beneficiary of his $1.9 million campaign contribution in 2000, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

We do not know yet the path the story will take, but in 8,000 words, Hillary is not going to be very happy. Hillary, Bill, and their powerful cadre of spinners and coverup artists have been unable to stop the story.

As Tom DeLay faced his second indictment today, the questions continue to be asked by Paul. Why has Hillary Clinton been allowed to file three false FEC reports? Why has no one attempted to bring her to justice? Why has the biggest campaign fraud on record not been above the fold on page one in major newspapers? Why has it not lead nightly news stories?

It is more than just Hillary who is involved. Bill Clinton, Ed Rendell and Terry McAuliffe are up to their eyeballs in this scandal. David Rosen, a low level functionary in Hillary's campaign, was up to his eyeballs, but a Los Angeles jury decided he was not the one to punish. Hillary 2000 Campaign treasurer Andrew Grossman, who signed all three of the fraudulent FEC reports, is up to his eyeballs in the scandal. Amazingly, Grossman has so far escaped indictment.

In 2001, prior to the due date of the final amended FEC report, attorney David Kendall was served on behalf of Hillary in Paul's unprecedented and historic civil suit against a former president and sitting senator for fraud and conspiracy. His client was provided with cancelled checks and invoices, along with a demand to declare the campaign contributions or return the money. For five years the massive coverup has continued. The civil case, after review by the California Supreme Court, is headed for a Los Angeles superior court early in 2006 where Hillary, Bill, and several others will be under oath. Many of the Hollywood elite who attended the gala fundraising concert in 2000 are on the witness list. It will be a civil trial to remember and may be the only thing standing in the way of Hillary becoming commander in chief.

The case against Tom DeLay may be esoteric and, although it may have pushed the envelope, may not have been criminal conduct. What Hillary did is clearly criminal, it is easy to understand, and it was done in broad daylight.

Where is New York's own Ronnie Earle? Where is a prosecutor with the guts to go after those who committed the mother of all campaign finance scandals?

SPECIAL NOTE: It is expected that the hard-hitting documentary INDICTING HILLARY will be released during the campaign of 2006. INDICTING HILLARY chronicles her massive campaign finance fraud, her continuing failure to obey the law, her refusal to amend three fraudulent reports, and the aiding and abetting of her criminal conduct by a former president, William Jefferson Clinton, a current governor/former DNC chairman, Ed Rendell, and the immediate past DNC chairman, Terry McAuliffe. Hillary, you'd better put some ice on that.

Hope you are right Doug. If you are, I think it will get traction, legs. Maybe not immediately, but its not going away. You think will even run for Senate again?

Wow, Is that the real photo??? Who on earth fires a gun with their thumb, even if he had been right-handed??? That's suspicious, to say the least.

Thanks Doug. How many times have we had their asses on illegal campaign contributions to you name it? None of it has panned out. Even our own team gave them a pass so many times it makes my blood boil to think about it.

When D'Amato made a fool of himself with Chelsea's baby-sitter with regard to the phone call to the Governor's mansion in Arkansas in conjunction with the Foster investigation, and they put a muzzle on Fred Thompson and Michael Chirtoff, I just wrote the whole thing off.

The Clintons can obstruct justice, sell info the the Communist Chinese and all manner of things. It doesn't matter to anyone who counts.

If you're right and this goes down taking the Clintons and all their criminal co-conspirators, I'll be one very happy camper. Until then, I'm dubiously doughtyfull.

Hillary has no reason to run for the Senate again.

Civil suit. Los Angeles courtroom. Bill under oath. Chelsea under oath. Hillary under oath. Grossman under oath. Rendell under oath. Rosen under oath. Tonken under oath. McAuliffe under oath. Many Hollywood stars as witnesses. Does anyone think the trial won't be covered?

Why did it take you 88 posts to weasel your way in and pee on the floor? We on this forum who have known you for some time expect it, but at 88 posts you are slowing down.

Yeah ... getting older, I guess ... still remember you from the Paula Jones days ... you were her most ardent advocate until she ended up as a centerfold in a sex magazine. Then silence ...

Bill under oath. Chelsea under oath. Hillary under oath. Grossman under oath. Rendell under oath. Rosen under oath. Tonken under oath. McAuliffe under oath. Many Hollywood stars as witnesses.

The MSM will be all over it, this is their bread and butter.

LOL, well if it plays out that way fine. I see a whole slew of depositions and few appearances. The court will turn itself into a complex navy yeoman's knot to avoid putting any of the 'beautiful people' on the spot.

I would love nothing more than to see you be right here.

We all remember Algore in love beads with his pockets stuffed with checks. I'd like to be hopeful about this but....

It seems no one expects DUmmies to obey the law, just Republicans.

The MSM will attack her critics at EVERY turn, that's my prediction.

I reported the truth about Paula. She was apoliticval. She had never voted. She didn't know political left from political right.

Clinton was not convicted in the Senate, so the story was essentially over. I thought it was awful for Jones to pose, but it was her life. What more did I have to report? Someone else can report on what she does in magazines. If she had new revelations about Clinton, I would have tried to get them and post them.

Self respecting - Reporter? Oxymoron

LOL. That's exactly what I thought...but we have seen the net push a story so hard the MSM can't ignore it. We'll see if it happens here.

I just wish the net was full force during the first Clinton's rule of terror. We wouldn't even have to worry about a second.

Larry King? Better get him while he is still ticking.

Doug, your adventures are better than most good movies. (if there are any anymore) Behind you all the way.
