(Part 1)FR EXCLUSIVE: Breaking -- Major Newspaper Doing Blockbuster Story on Peter Paul and Hillary
Oct. 3, 2005

Reporting from Upland, CA
FReepers, we have this report exclusively for you first here on FreeRepublic, the political website of record. A major newspaper, the identity of which will be released later this week, will publish a blockbuster story on Sunday discussing donor Peter Paul and the beneficiary of his $1.9 million campaign contribution in 2000, Hillary Rodham Clinton.
We do not know yet the path the story will take, but in 8,000 words, Hillary is not going to be very happy. Hillary, Bill, and their powerful cadre of spinners and coverup artists have been unable to stop the story.
As Tom DeLay faced his second indictment today, the questions continue to be asked by Paul. Why has Hillary Clinton been allowed to file three false FEC reports? Why has no one attempted to bring her to justice? Why has the biggest campaign fraud on record not been above the fold on page one in major newspapers? Why has it not lead nightly news stories?
It is more than just Hillary who is involved. Bill Clinton, Ed Rendell and Terry McAuliffe are up to their eyeballs in this scandal. David Rosen, a low level functionary in Hillary's campaign, was up to his eyeballs, but a Los Angeles jury decided he was not the one to punish. Hillary 2000 Campaign treasurer Andrew Grossman, who signed all three of the fraudulent FEC reports, is up to his eyeballs in the scandal. Amazingly, Grossman has so far escaped indictment.
In 2001, prior to the due date of the final amended FEC report, attorney David Kendall was served on behalf of Hillary in Paul's unprecedented and historic civil suit against a former president and sitting senator for fraud and conspiracy. His client was provided with cancelled checks and invoices, along with a demand to declare the campaign contributions or return the money. For five years the massive coverup has continued. The civil case, after review by the California Supreme Court, is headed for a Los Angeles superior court early in 2006 where Hillary, Bill, and several others will be under oath. Many of the Hollywood elite who attended the gala fundraising concert in 2000 are on the witness list. It will be a civil trial to remember and may be the only thing standing in the way of Hillary becoming commander in chief.
The case against Tom DeLay may be esoteric and, although it may have pushed the envelope, may not have been criminal conduct. What Hillary did is clearly criminal, it is easy to understand, and it was done in broad daylight.
Where is New York's own Ronnie Earle? Where is a prosecutor with the guts to go after those who committed the mother of all campaign finance scandals?
SPECIAL NOTE: It is expected that the hard-hitting documentary INDICTING HILLARY will be released during the campaign of 2006. INDICTING HILLARY chronicles her massive campaign finance fraud, her continuing failure to obey the law, her refusal to amend three fraudulent reports, and the aiding and abetting of her criminal conduct by a former president, William Jefferson Clinton, a current governor/former DNC chairman, Ed Rendell, and the immediate past DNC chairman, Terry McAuliffe. Hillary, you'd better put some ice on that.
=========================================================
Right now, the ineffectual FEC is looking at it. Perhaps DeLay's indictment will ultimately trigger hers. More importantly, the effect of the civil trial cannot be understated. Hillary in open court and under oath. That is good. That is very good.

Great story, Doug. I live in upstate NY, where my vote never counts. I'm in a lose-lose situation here. She will most probably get the re-election to the Senate...bad for us, she's still our Senator. If she runs for Prez, (God forbid!) and wins, I'm rid of her in NY, but stuck with her on a national level. If something like this will do her in, I am all for it!
Heck.I would watch :)
Peter Paul and Scary.
Alluminum foil had is no protection against fast and furiously flung ashtrays.
Bump!
Oh no! The MSM will cover it. One story below the fold, and a couple follow up stories on page 3 later in the week.
Then in a couple of weeks, if anyone asks about it, they can say, "We have already covered that. It's old news, besides, Delay has just been indicted for......well....for something."
ha! ha! snicker snicker! :)
I hope it's not the Washington Times. That's not a major newspaper, and it's already recognized as having a rightward tilt, so its stories are ignored by the rest of the press.
I'd like to know the date so I can plan a party.
"You will see what I mean by major later this week."
L.A. Times is my guess. That liberal rag has had a string of conservative columns come from out of nowhere recently.
No hints. I am having fun teasing you. :) Besides, I don't want to scare off the reporter or put the reporter in jeopardy. The Clintons, of course, will probably have some quotes and some attacks on Peter and his past. But the facts are the facts. In public, Howard Wolfson admitted that Peter had given a million dollars, but thought that, because it wasn't a check, it was no big deal. Sorry, Howard, it has to be declared. She knows it. Grossman knows it. Howard Wolfson, by the way has not responed to my offer of allowing him to give his side of the story in INDICTING HILLARY. Maybe he is suddenly camera shy.
I thought he was a born and bred Texan, like Paul Begala?
Yes, ever since they: a) got caught fudging their subscriber numbers to keep ad rates up and b) have been losing subscribers left and right to papers like the Register and others.
Perhaps I should have said New York's equivalent of Ronnie Earle. I meant a NY prosecutor who would do in NY what he did in Texas.
Whomever is writing this story, if it is as harsh as it sounds, had best stay out of any D.C. area parks, lest they commit Arkancide.
