Oh sure! He might've picked Carol Mosely Brown or Attorney General Gonzales. I had high hopes in January of 2000 that we'd put the brakes on globalism. GW may not be himself CFR, but Cheney is; Rummy is; and so are most of the rest of his top advisors.
