The police have to assume it was a bomb until they prove otherwise. It could have been a prank that went wrong, but it's their duty to assume the worst. Still, I'm afraid it's only a matter of time before Muslims in our country start acting on their own with copycat suicide bombs in crowded places. If not now, later.

Per update from KWTV-9, authorities on the scene say it was a bomb, and that a second device was also found and has been "taken care of". Occurred outside the stadium around halftime. humm, so maybe the guy expected to set their timers and leave them.
