The purported photo of Atta was later reproduced on a chart that had the names of up to 60 suspected terrorists that Mr. Weldon says he gave to Stephen J. Hadley in 2001, when he was White House deputy national security adviser. Frederick Jones, an NSC spokesman, said that Mr. Hadley does not recall ever seeing the chart with the Atta photo, but does not rule out the possibility that he was given the photo by Mr. Weldon. The photo was purchased from the woman by Orion Scientific Systems Inc., a government contractor that was involved in an early phase of the Able Danger program.

No, Tx. I have been busy with family stuff. Most enjoyable, but it keeps me out of the loop. I have a feeling, however, that Able Danger is not in a dust bin somewhere. By the way, I listened to a person from National Geographic today on C-Span whipping up a frenzy over Bird Flu. I don't think there is alot of there there.
The dems are trying to whip up a panic on Avian Flu...and they are also wanting to add 4 BILLION to the defense spending bill to pay to "get ready for a pandemic, IF it happens..."
There have been a few people come out since, and said that the panic of them predicting an epidemic or pandemic would be a LOT worse than the possibility of it happening....
Because of your mention of some concern, I started listening carefully. It has begun to sound like global warming scares. The man from National Geograpic sad that it does not spread from human to human yet, BUT WHAT IF IT DOES. Another health scare to get us all panicked.
I admit to getting a little freaked by the article here on FR in Sept....but, you and others helped calm me down...
Then, all I had to do was listen to the dems give their speeches filled with doom and gloom on the Senate floor, to convince me that it was really being blown out of porportion right now....
Of course, that doesn't mean that I won't be on the look out for cases of human to human infection....ick!
