Student Charged In Threats: North Moore Target Of Two Bomb ScaresFor the second morning in a row, North Moore High School was the subject of a bomb threat Friday, leading Moore County school system police to arrest a ninth-grade male student.
The student, whose name could not be released because he is a juvenile, has been charged with two class H felony counts, one for each threat. In addition, school Principal Mike Tylavsky said, appropriate disciplinary action has been taken against the student.

At about 6 p.m., report police, a device was found under a Police vehicle parked in the rear parking lot of the Petaluma Police Department. The device appeared to contain an unknown liquid, and had attached to it a partially burned wick, according to the department.

This is about the third time in a week that we have had a liquid leaking from a bomb......
