SEATTLE POST-INTELLIGENCER REPORTER
ARTICLE SNIPPET: "The logging truck driver, Garland E. Massingham, 40, of Centralia, escaped injury.
Investigators with the State Patrol's Commercial Vehicle Division inspected the truck after the accident and determined that equipment failure caused the logs to come loose. The investigation is continuing."
