ARTICLE SNIPPET: "A bomb discovered in the vehicle in which the man and woman were riding was detonated by police along the shoulder of Cline Avenue in East Chicago, Indiana.

Police were initially called to the location at the Cline Avenue exit near Buffington Harbor after passersby reported seeing the man and woman in a physical confrontation. Officers arrested the man after finding the woman badly beaten. But that’s not all police found."
