The Threat Matrix

The title refers to a daily report given to the president of the United States detailing the most serious terrorist threats against the country. To tackle those threats, the government has formed a top-notch task force to infiltrate the terror cells and cut off the danger.

"Every morning, the president receives a list of the top ten terrorist threats - this list is known as the threat matrix."

We here at FR are trying to be in conjunction with the daily reports around the world that involve threats. We try to provide a storehouse of information that takes hours of research.

Home grown Islamists may hit US: FBI chief

WASHINGTON -- The United States could be attacked by "home grown" Islamist terror groups, the FBI's chief has warned.

FBI Director Robert Mueller told the London Financial Times newspaper in an interview published Thursday that the United States could face attacks from "home-grown terrorism" very similar to the July 7 bombings in London that killed 52 people and wounded another 700, Mueller said.

When asked if the United States could face such attacks from "home-grown groups", Mueller answered emphatically: "Absolutely, it could," the Financial Times said.

SPOKANE, Wash. -- A water tower in east Spokane and a reservoir across the border in Idaho were both broken into recently, and both water systems were found to be contaminated with coliform bacteria.

The intrusions were confirmed Friday by the East Spokane Water District and a member of the Hauser Lake Water Association. Officials do not know if the cases are related, or if the water was contaminated deliberately.

Users of both water systems were told to boil their water or drink bottled water.

E. coli and other coliform bacteria can cause vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain and fever.

...part of an ongoing effort to identify and arrest fugitive criminal aliens that were ordered removed by a federal immigration judge but failed to comply with their lawful orders.

Kudos to ICE - God bless them for helping make our country a bit more safe. Lots more criminal illegals all over our country and jail space available for each and every one of them.

If you read the post #79 and pick out the key words, and the date, it fits the bombing.

I talked to Scott, told him of my answer to #79, and he tried to explain 1/4's to me, it fits the numbers.

The bomb went off in the 2nd quarter.....the numbers were:

2 2 4 4 , or 2 4 = 1/2 half time in 2nd quarter.

of course the cell phones were shut down, it is well known that they are used to shut off bombs.

In my granny googling, I once came up with a website that consisted of one photo, that showed how to wire the cell phone, yes it was sent up.......long time ago.

Yes, I recall that report, the one that I found last night in my mail, was the 2003 from MA (not ME), the heading was escaped from lab.

There were other reports from Promed, as some of us were following them off list, and they clearly said that it had been developed for a bio weapon.

If you read your #79 and my #113, it would appear that it was about the Oklahoma bomber, at the football game, the numbers work, just before half time in 2nd quarter....

Nothing we could have done, altho, we have expected a sports event for 2 years, it would have been impossible to tell when and where.
