But he is smarter than the punditocracy thinks.Of course, most everyone is!
Thanks for the link. Hope your daughter is doing much better. Still gives me shivers.

That's ridiculous. There's nothing wrong with saying someone's attractive...especially here where no one knows who you really are ;)
Doing great. Frustrated sometimes with the liberal whackos around here but my grades have been really good so far. How are you?

Thanks Mike for the thread.
Dad and I discussed whether "W" would go to Camp David this week end so he could do any last minute interview(S) with his next appointment without all of DC knowing who he's seeing....Looks like he took our advice ;^)

Sometimes people with decreased calcium intake don't heal fractures well.
Have you had a bone scan? Been ill with undiagnosed fevers and lethargy?

Just started a new quarter last Monday and so far...my students don't hate me. That is always a good sign.
I had to sit through a bunch of faculty meetings a few weeks ago, though, and boy, oh, boy...my tongue is still bleeding from biting it so hard. I hate it when people just assume that EVERYONE believes the way they do.
So I understand. Hang in there...play the game...and continue to think for yourself! Although, to be honest, I don't think that will be a problem for you.
As far as saying some one is attractive...when I started posting I promised myself that my "online/anonymous" personae would be consistent in every way with my real life personae.
In real life, I don't go around commenting on peoples looks most of the time, so it feels a little funny to do it here. I might say someone is attractive...but not "easy on the eyes," if you catch my drift.
Plus, in real life, when I say something outrageous, I kind of have this twinkle thing going on that I inherited from my dadand people understand. It's hard to twinkle on line.
So...it's just a personal thing. I don't want to grow up to be a broad, but rather a lady.

How does he look? He would also rank up there with the group I admire.
In fact, he has that same twinkle my dad has. (See my post above.) I can't tell you how heartwarming that is for me.
To: pollyannaish
Oh dear I am nearly 10 over your suggested age of mentioning out loud LOL

LOL. I've tried to analyze it. I think it is a pilot thing.
But basically, it's the combination of the jaw and the squint. A less ratty Clint Eastwood. LOL.

Haha! Then you get to use the special ilovew cover of anonymity!

My parents always made us drink milk every day. And I still do. How's a bone scan different from an MRI? Undiagnosed fevers...well, I get sick a lot but I always assumed I had a really crappy immune system. Lethargy? Um...nah, just laziness.
