This country has Amber alerts for missing children and I think it is time to have Freeper alerts when one of our Freepers has quit posting with out any reason that we know of. Case in point, Freeper Freetrapper was a very active poster untill 9 months ago and we have heard nothing since. This worries me as he was in pain but I do not know what from.Freetrapper was an outdoorsman beyond most peoples dreams.

Everyone likes a good mystery, or at least figuring out what happened from the clues left behind.

My first guess was that based on what was said about the area where he lived, he might be military. There is an air force base in Wichita Falls, TX which is about a 45 min. drive from Ft. Sill, OK. I lived in that area for 4 yrs. so my thought was maybe he was deployed to Iraq or Afghanistan.

After reading this post, my thoughts are not so hopeful. If he was older, or ill, yes it's possible he has died. If there was a nasty incident w/a neighbor, maybe he is in jail? Hope not...just a few lame guesses.

I agree that we should have a FReeper buddy, especially in areas where there aren't a lot of demonstrations going on, and you don't see each other regularly. Some areas don't have very active chapters who get out w/signs or form a caravan to Crawford, TX.
