PASS THIS ON TO ALL AFFECTED
I'll bump my list. SOMEONE on that list must be my neighbor to the south
Is this the portion to be commented on? If it is, what does it matter whether or not it is hunting season to carry a concealed weapon? If one has a concealed weapon license, you have one! That's that! There is, as far as I know, no "concealed weapon carrying season" in the state of Florida! There is hunting and football seasons!
The FWC has a current rule that says if its hunting season in management areas, you can have a handgun in your control and concealed if you have a concealed permit. If its not hunting season, they allow NO HANDGUNS even if you have a valid concealed permit (license).
The rule change would allow those with a concealed license to carry in the management areas during those non-hunting times.
