The difference here is the Islamofacist believes he has the right to send you to hell by his own hand if you do XYZ.
For similar transgressions, enlightened Christians will shame you into a comma or force you to eat Aunt Millie's casserole at the Church picnic for repentance.
If these self proclaimed "Christians " are doing XYZ, they aren't really Christians, are they.
"This people honors me only with lip-service, while their hearts are far from me. The worship they offer me is worthless; the doctrines they teach are only human regulations." (Matt.15:8-9).
"You must not love this passing world or anything that is in the world. The love of the Father cannot be in any man who loves the world, because nothing the world has to offer -- the sensual body, the lustful eye, pride in possessions -- could ever come from the Father but only from the world; and the world, with all it craves for, is coming to an end; but anyone who does the will of God remains forever." (1 Jn.2:15-17).
While I realize some come off that way, they don't advocate killing you if you don't become a Christian. Apples and oranges in that sense. I take it you have little or no use for Christians.
