Just a little more of an update. The judge was hopping mad that my sister-in-law never showed up, and issued a bench warrant for her. The police are still trying to find the children. The case is being tried in Wisconsin, but my sister-in-law has relatives in Georgia. She may have skipped, in which case Angela may end up doing a little time...once they find her.

Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Blessed Trinity,

We come to You humbly, with reverence and joy in Your presence. Blessed be Your Name in all the earth! Your hand is mighty and Your majesty is infinite, Lord God Eternal!

We praise Your outworking of justice in this situation, tempered always with your mercy and tenderness. There is no God but You, and no love more holy nor compassionate. In faith therefore we commend the children to Your care and pray for Your protection over them.

We pray for the complete surrender of every heart of each family member to Your grace and mercy. We pray for their complete salvation, on which You have based Your promises. And we thank You for your concern for every hair on the head of each of us, Lord Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth!

You made each of these family members; they are Yours; and You know every fiber of their hearts. Bring a correction into every heart and mind, Lord, that all may glorify You by every word and deed.
