To: Congressman Billybob

Once Delay defeats this in court does he have any legal recourse to go after Ronnie Earl via a civil action. Earl had publicly stated at a democratic fund raiser that he would "get Tom Delay."

In theory, yes. In fact, in politics, folks have to just walk away, even when they prevail in a case like this.
