Must have a video capture board that also will strip off captions to a text file...I have one that does... Whew! Thanks for telling me that. I thought he was transcribing directly.

Agreed. Dumb move by Delay's lawyers to waive the S/L for another 30 days.
But our campaign finance laws suck, and they're too complicated. There's a virtue in simplicity in this area for the sake of simplicity, so that the average person can understand what's going on and have confidence that the politicians and their lawyers aren't manipulating the rules.
And much of McCain-Feingold should have been ruled unconstitutional by our feckless SCOTUS.
To: WestVirginiaRebel
Just common knowledge down here in Texas.
Politics can be rough and nasty and FReepers need to remember that Democrats are some of the nastiest political players on the face of this earth.
They did this crap against anyone who spoke against Clinton.
Destroyed reputations with gusto.
Keep on smiling Congressman Delay you don't have anything to worry about from this politically motivated bunch of Democrat sewer turds.

Thanks for sharing.
Here's my favorite quote:
That's the best part of it. The members of republican caucus and the Democrats couldn't have done more to bring us together and unite us when we were actually falling apart. Last week was a bad week for the unity in our caucus. I have never seen our caucus so unified. And they are focused on our agenda of getting tax cuts, entitlement reform, taking care of the disasters. Gas prices, we are sticking to our agenda and we are going forward.
For Earle and the dimrats, backfire is a beeyotch.
To: Petronski
DeLay understands so clearly that Earle is such a two-bit tinhorn political hack, why would DeLay consent to extend the statue of limitations?
Maybe because he is innocent and hiding behind the Statue of Limitations would be spun as an admission of guilt by the Dinasour Media?

This is the same ridiculous argument they used with Bush about having to know every single detail on everything!
BS! Leaders DELEGATE!!
It seems Delay is explaining what happened clearly enough.

So he isn't hung by it. He's, IMHO, innocent so...more time for the Demo rats is more time for them to hang themselves on their pettiness.
This a Rove conspiracy to, once again, show the dumbocrat party is just a bunch of clowns.

I love Delay's end statement that said this indictment has "unified" the Republicans. It was sorely needed.
I tend to believe that statement. I am fighting mad now.
It would be wonderful timing tomorrow for Bush to announce the SCOTUS nomination to be Luttig,Owens,Jones, Brown or Cantero.
I am ready to RUMBLE!
