Well, because back this the early days when he was indicting his political democratic enemies, there were no republicans in texas.

I don't believe for a second that he was indicting "political democratic enemies", he is a freakin' Democrat, and a partisan hack at that. Frankly, I think Ronnie Earle is throwing up a diversion to give the impression is a "fair kinda guy". It's sheer, pure, unadulterated bravo sierra.

You are correct and IIRC, the House Republicans recently discussed changing it, and Pelosi and crew actually complained about the idea that they might, condemning the House Republicans for lowering their standards...even though it's strictly a Republican rule and the Democrats have no such ethics constrictions on themselves. I think I heard Ann Coulter on Medved's show todaysay that Ronnie Earle has indited lots of Republicans from Texas, but no one can seem to find a Democrat he has indited.
