"How can you tell when a political ideology has become the equivalent of a religion?" Sullivan wrote on his blog. "When it attempts to indoctinate 4 8 year olds."Ya mean like when tax-funded PBS invites Kofi Annan to settle an argument among the Elmo and his friends, and then all the muppets proudly shout: "We solve our problems the UN WAY!!"?
Ya mean THAT kind of indoctination?

Has Andrew Sullivan come completely out of the closet and now admits to being a liberal?

Ok, I'm all for teaching children conservative values, but this title is incredibly stupid for a kids book. Just my opinion.

Oh, but it is alright to "indoctrinate" young children without the knowledge or consent of their parents, that a "normal" family is 2 Mommies or 2 Daddies.

I'm so glad my kids have never watched that. I didn't know about this!

I pinged out an article very recently that stated the publisher did indeed pull out of the pro-pederasty book deal.
I will TRY to remember to ping a link to you on this thread...

The book will probably sell more copies than a Harry Potter novel. I'm going to get a copy for my nephew. I'm sure his mom will be unamused.

Thanks Andrew Sullivan for getting the word out about this book. Maybe you can ask your cohorts-in-slime to bash this book also, giving it even more publicity (and sales)
