The location was selected to highlight one of the new features of the bill - a red image of the Statue of Liberty's torch on the left side of the portrait of Alexander Hamilton, the first secretary of the Treasury.

Over the 4th of July I offered to give away a ten dollar bill to any of my relatives who could tell me what government position Alexander Hamilton held. Needless to see I kept the bill.

Don't worry about counterfeiting, the government will soon require an embedded RFID in either your right hand or forehead.
