Time for Karl Rove to use his svengali-like powers to convince the DoJ to investigate Earl for violating DeLay's civil rights.

I hope (big fat chance) the word on this Earle guy gets out in the media.
I cannot believe this man is still in power.

Well at least he's fighting back. Go git em'!

I wonder if those on the left who always scream "innocent until proven guilty" will do so this time.
For my part, given Ronnie Earle's track record, I will say the indictment is "partisan until proven accurate".

Hokkay, then, when do we get to indict Governor Blanco for gross negligence, send John Kerry to prison for treason (and strip him of his Senate seat), and about two dozen other Democrats, who shall remain nameless at this time, on RICO charges?
Speaking of Blanco, she must have driven everyone nutty with her small, pecking, cowardly voice such that we got to see all of about 1 minute of her testimony today televised.

Isn't there some provision in the law for dealing with 'malicious prosecution'? It seems to me that might very well be applicable here.

Ronnie Earle's 1994 indictment against Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison was quickly dismissed and his charges in the 1980s against former Attorney General Jim Mattox-another political foe of Earle-fell apart at trial. When a Democrat is blinded by ideology, he will waste taxpayers' money on fruitless prosecutions over and over again.

The liberals are getting too greedy. There's a scandal here, but it lies somewhere in the game of gotcha the left is playing against all top Republicans.

Another thread has CNN saying he will step down. There's no mention of that in the press release.

TX RATS in cahoots with D.C. RATS on a vendetta over TX congressional redistricting that occurred in 2001? I smell Hitlery's long hand in this.

I notice both Republican house and senate leaders are being "investigated", at the same time. Frist on his Blind Trust dealings and Delay on some equally misguided charges. Democrats are sooo transparent

I am heartsick: this is a witchhunt. Delay is a G-d fearing man which is why the libs hate him.
