Isn't there some provision in the law for dealing with 'malicious prosecution'? It seems to me that might very well be applicable here.
I'm no lawyer but my guess is that if this clown is ever "put in his place",it will either be done by the voters, the AG of Texas or the Texas Supreme Court.
