'Squawk Box' wants to know whether taxpayers should help New Orleans reoccupy risky ground.
The federal aid that rushes in after a disaster provides an incentive for people to ignore risks from earthquakes, floods, volcanoes and wildfires.

The FBI began investigating the New Orleans police who had abandoned their post during Katrina and of the more than 500 screened so far, 84% don't exist.
Tony Snow said, of the 1700 police working for New Orleans, maybe only 1000 really exist.
Where was that payroll money going?

I built a steel home one time and it melted. So I built a steet home with asbestos siding and the lava carried it out to sea. So to save money I continue to build with wood.
