Interesting...when Brown was asked about any emergency official contact for/within the State of Louisiana, he said there wasn't anyone available. When asked why, Brown explained that the guy was "under indictment."
Blaming Brown for this preexisting fiasco that is Louisiana's corruption and failure to prepare is a waste of time and resources.
It would be really hard to pick the most corrupt city in the nation; Washington DC, New Orleans, Chicago, or Trenton NJ.
