idea whether that 15% figure would be about right? It

Regardless to what I have said about it, imagine being put in charge like that.
A plan that was never intended to be used.
Resorting to sending people to the dome, when that had been done before, and the outcome was worse than this time.
Being squeezed between the MSM, the public, and Hillary/Watt/Landrieu/Jefferson/Blanco.
Just be patient, and see how this falls out.
