Well even gansters can take time of for a natural disaster it seems. Perhaps they were all busy helping evacuate the elderly and save people's pets. We should all be so proud that the people of NO kept it down to only two murders( or more - but who knows) , some looting, some shooting of rescue personal, and some other irrelevant crimes. I mean they were scared after all.
