RICHMOND, Va. Police NO longer consider a 38-year-old Richmond man a person of interest in the disappearance of Virginia Commonwealth University freshman Taylor Behl (beel).
Richmond police spokeswoman Cynthia Price says police initially called Ben Fawley a person of interest in Behl's case because they wanted to interview him. But they've done that, and NO longer classify him as such.

I would assume he will remain in jail for that! News this morning said some of it even involved babies.

I had a feeling that he was not going to be the one. The other facts didn't add up. The scent dogs lead to another house inhabited by someone who skate boarded, and she told her roomate that she was going skateboarding that night. Plus her car was found hear his house and I heard that he didn't do well on some questions of the polygraphy test, IIRC. I hope that find this young woman. Alive.
The photographer, Ben Fawley, and the skateboarder, arrested on drug possession charges, are two different people.
Right, he failed the polygraph on two questions:
Did you know Taylor and have you ever been in a car or her car with her?
Oh ok. Ben Fawley is also a skateboarder, he talks about it on his website.
However, I didn't trust his seemingly made up story about being abducted the night she went missing.
I really HATE it when the police call someone a "person of interest" yet deny that they are a suspect.
No. I'm a mother with a daughter about her age. These cases with young woman like she and Natalee tug at my heart.

That bothered me too. But I looked into the links on another thread. Did you put them on? Another past girlfriend mentioned that he had had trouble like that before, so it didn't seem that he had necessarily made it up because of Taylor.
