I read somewhere that she isn't even allowed to be an elected VP either. I think she was chosen as the VP sucessor after the VP gets in legal trouble (a la Ford).

Well, that just proves it can't be about Hillary, then.
I mean, Bill got stroked, and stroked, and stroked LOTS of times in the Oval Office and it didn't make Hillary the President.
