Most of the pancake pictures were hosted by MeekOneGOP and he is hiding at another site and not returning my Freemails. I was unable to FReep due to work from May through most of August. I was out in the field rather than in the office so I had no time. A lot has changed during that time.
Damn........ So sad.
It was their NUMBER ONE email question after the show yesterday.
They just said that they are fairly certain that the dog DID get away alive. There were people who checked the tunnel and it looked OK, no sign of he dog anywhere in the vicinity, so they are pretty sure it got out alive.
I watched it as it happened yesterday morning and it was like a cold knife going through my gut. I can't swim, but I probably would have jumped in to save the poor thing -- and I'm a "cat person".
Those images have haunted me ever since I saw them happening live. It shook up the crew too -- I think that when the camera went black (after they laid it on the ground) they were probably trying to figure out a way to use the cable as a rope to get down to the dog. It was a real gut-wrencher. Anyone who is cracking jokes about it either did NOT see it, or is totally devoid of any humanity at all.

No, but they found no evidence the dog died in the tunnel. He swam through and probably walked out of the water. They could not find him.
