Edie Falco revealed to interviewer Jeff Toobin that next season, her "Sopranos" character, Carmela, announces she voted for President Bush. The thought made Bush-phobic Falco ill
"Tony Sirico, is also one of the few actors on the show who has actually spent time in prison. For armed robbery in the early seventies."
yeah i know makes him perfect for mob roles
I know a lot of conservatives are pretty ill they voted for Bush too.
Perhaps, but are they ill that a FICTIONAL character did?
HEY YOU
My imaginary friend voted for Jimmy Carter. I was pretty sick about that.
I didn't think there was a "Next Season". Didn't the show go off the air?
No it is coming back in 2006 following a hiatus
Thanks for the update.....thought I had read last season was the last....have they announced that 2006 is the last or was I just making things up again!! ;>)
They have a tendency to declare each season "the last" until the cast and writers decide they like making their mansion payments. Then they announced "one more season."
Who care what this aging twit thinks.
Geesh! some of these people actually believe what they think will change the outcome.
The Smoking Gun has the transcript of his sentencing hearing. He was a bad, bad man. Here's one quote: ""I'm going to come back here and carve my initials in your forehead. You better learn a lesson, you better show me the respect I deserve."

I heard he had a record basically he does not so much act as reenact past experiences
heh no wonder he is so good at it ;)
Actor in plea deal with court

NEW YORK (Reuters) - "Sopranos" actor Vincent Pastore agreed to plead guilty to attempted assault on his girlfriend and to attend anger management classes under a plea deal with New York prosecutors on Monday.
Don't be so dismissive. If just a few more fictional characters had cast fictional votes, Al Gore would be president today.
Once again, I am noticing the pro-republican positioning of HBO. Or at least, quietly "fair and balanced". Very interesting stuff.
As noted above, the Sopranos is on hiatus, but is returning in 2006 with new episodes.
Sopranos "star" ill that character voted for President Bush.
Oh, my bad. I thought I read they were done. So is she trying to enliven her career or merely just a nutjob as referenced in other posts?
