Duluth - northern Minnesota. Great "city" on Lake Superior. they don't have a 3 day pork festival, but they DO have Taconite Days as I recall!

Well, it's news, but it isn't new as you imply/state.
The cast iron deer around here have been blasted with shotgun slugs as well.
But arrows during bow season is something new.
