don't forget Bob & Doug MacKenzie!! Hoser.
More like 25 years ago. I just never thought it was that funny after the original cast left.
I also am not a dope smoking college student anymore - coincidence - possibly ;-)
Good day, eh?
He's on the covers of every magazine recently and has hit songs and a hit album.
I won't be watching. Screw them all.
Hartman as Reagan, "Well, Lisa.. if you're that good a saleslady.. maybe I could use you up on Capitol Hill.. [ laughs ] Well, it was nice meeting you. Bye Bye!"
"OK BACK TO WORK..."
Like Charles Rocket. When he let slip an F-Bomb on an SNL show some 23 or 24 years ago, he was canned, and the producer was fired. Today of course, if the station took that sort of action, there would be moaning and groaning about how they were suppressing the right to "dissent:.
Kind of the theme you get from the MSM and the Left, especially propaganda master Michael Moore.
However, in addition to repeating their lies, what Goebbels, Michael Moore, SNL, and other smelly lefties also need is complete control over both the media and the audience. Goebbels had near complete control of the media and audience. The smelly lefties of today once had dominant control of the media, but they never had control of the audience.
So SNL can continue to repeat its lies. No one of any substance or influence is listening.
Didn't Norm McDonald also slip an F-Bomb?
I think snl goes hi-definition this saturday.
also, there's going to be a "Get Smart" movie, with Carell
as Max. If anyone can pull it off, I think he can. No word
on the casting of 99 or the Chief.
Thanks for the post. The greatest SNL skit of all time.
Did they do this in 1976? "Yeah SNL was funny last year, but not anymore. It all went downhill when Chevy left."
SD
That was a pretty good show. I remember a b&w raging bull skit from that one. I believe Nora Dunn refused to do the show that week because of Clay.
I have never heard that. I heard that he was kicked off because an executive at NBC was/is a good friend of O.J. Simpson (Simpson was continuously reminded that he's a murderer on Norm's Weekend Update) so he had him fired due to "not being funny." Norm had a great way of bringing up Janet Reno frequently too - I think more than a few times when referring to her being in conflict with someone he said something like, "she then firebombed their house and ran it over with a tank."
